Ryan Barnes - Class of 2019
As part of NHC’s 35th birthday celebrations, former Computing, Networking & Design student Ryan got in touch to share his memories!
Check out what he has to say below:
“I studied my Level 2 and Level 3 IT qualification at NHC from 2016 to 2019. I currently work as a shift leader in Tesco, and within the next few years I plan to move to Tesco’s head office and transfer those IT skills I learned in college to a new role.
“My favourite memory from North Hertfordshire College was when our tutors took our IT classes to EGX Rezzed at Tobacco Dock for a fun day out. I really enjoyed this experience, and I’ve continued going to these events because of that first trip with my class.
“Shoutout to Robert Tattam and Donald Smith, who taught me at college. Both of them are really nice, down-to-earth, and respectful tutors who supported me during my time.”
